Marketing Director / CMO (Fashion)

Our client, an emerging fashion brand, is looking for an experienced Marketing Director/CMO to join their dynamic team to drive business strategy, with a strong emphasis on embracing current marketing opportunities.

The Role


Responsibilities:

  • Propel the business forward by delivering new integrated end-to-end marketing campaigns

  • Lead a team of five marketing professionals in creating, planning and evolving the marketing strategy, ensuring it remains aligned with the business values and objectives

  • You will work collaboratively across the Marketing team to ensure all projects are cohesive and on budget, measuring their performance and position within the market

  • Confidently lead and manage a team, with the potential to expand in the future, as well as create a strong pipeline to maintain relationships with external contacts


About You


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Marketing or related area

Previous experience:

  • Passionate and forward-thinking individual who’s incredibly driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Extensive experience and knowledge of commercial and digital marketing is essential

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strategic mindset

  • The ability to monitor and analyse data to check campaign performance, alongside strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously

  • A mix of B2B and B2C experience, ideally within fashion or beauty

  • Experience of working within a retail environment is preferred
