Our client, an emerging fashion brand, is looking for an experienced Marketing Director/CMO to join their dynamic team to drive business strategy, with a strong emphasis on embracing current marketing opportunities.
The Role
Responsibilities:
Propel the business forward by delivering new integrated end-to-end marketing campaigns
Lead a team of five marketing professionals in creating, planning and evolving the marketing strategy, ensuring it remains aligned with the business values and objectives
You will work collaboratively across the Marketing team to ensure all projects are cohesive and on budget, measuring their performance and position within the market
Confidently lead and manage a team, with the potential to expand in the future, as well as create a strong pipeline to maintain relationships with external contacts
About You
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Marketing or related area
Previous experience:
Passionate and forward-thinking individual who’s incredibly driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Extensive experience and knowledge of commercial and digital marketing is essential
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strategic mindset
The ability to monitor and analyse data to check campaign performance, alongside strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
A mix of B2B and B2C experience, ideally within fashion or beauty
Experience of working within a retail environment is preferred
